Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of research peptide products and cold chain requirements, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Once a peptide pen or vial has been opened, we cannot verify it has been stored correctly, and therefore cannot resell or refund it.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product:
We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified damaged or incorrect orders.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method where possible. Cryptocurrency refunds are processed at the exchange rate at time of original payment.
