Cold Chain Delivery

All Alluvi Healthcare peptide products are shipped cold chain — insulated packaging with cold packs to maintain 2–8°C throughout transit. Orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday only to ensure cold chain integrity over weekends.

UK Delivery

• Standard tracked: 2–5 business days
• Express: 1–2 business days (contact us to arrange)
• Discreet plain outer packaging — no product names visible
• Tracked on all orders — tracking number provided on dispatch

EU Delivery

• Standard: 5–10 business days
• Cold chain packaging maintained
• Customs may apply depending on destination country

Worldwide

• Standard: 7–21 business days depending on destination
• Buyer is responsible for customs duties and import regulations in their country

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday to Wednesday. Orders placed Thursday–Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.
